This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the Respondent Police to file a First Information Report (FIR) within a stipulated time frame by ensuring the compliance of the order of the Learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.MP.No.758/2025 dated 28.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent submitted that they will register the complaint and will proceed as per the direction of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.MP.No.758/2025 Investigation not done by the respondent.
