ORDER

This petition has been filed against the proceedings initiated under the Domestic Violence complaint made in D.V.A.No.26 of 2017 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore by the respondent which has been filed on 04.09.2017.

2. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was simply adjourned to 18.09.2017. Again, on 10.10.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 08.11.2017. Therefore, for the past three years, it is not even listed for admission and the learned counsel for the petitioner failed to take any steps to pursue the matter. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, since the petitioner has not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
