Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1-5 to remove the obstructions on link roads in "B & B MAY FLOWER" layout situated at Karnampattu Panchayat, Kadpadi Union, Vellore District based on the representation dated 12.08.2024 as well as the notice issued by 5th respondent dated 27.08.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the obstructions on link roads in "B & B MAY FLOWER" layout situated at Karnampattu Panchayat, Kadpadi Union, Vellore District based on the representation dated 12.08.2024 as well as the notice issued by 5th respondent dated 27.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.08.2024, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the sixth respondent and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
