This application is filed to amend the name of the respondent pursuant to a change in name of the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this application being allowed.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioners are permitted to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the petition on or before 30.11.2022 and serve a copy of the amended petition on learned counsel for the respondent within a week thereafter. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a memo has been forwarded to learned counsel for the respondent setting out the proposed terms of compromise. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he will obtain instructions in relation thereto.
