2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
