C.M.P.No.22865 of 2019 in C.R.P.SR.No.132448 of 2019 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

Present petitioners are the legal heirs/legal representatives of the 2nd defendant against whom, Section 5 application filed by the respondents/plaintiffs was allowed by the lower Court, as against which, the main revision had been filed. In the meanwhile, the 2nd defendant since died, his legal heirs had come before this Court to file this revision.

Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to accept the cause title as the present petitioners are not the parties directly in the main suit or in the main application, which was disposed by the Court below.

2.Considering the said aspect, this petition is ordered.
