The application has been filed by the petitioner in the original petition seeking to take on record the affidavits of the attesting witnesses, Mr. Subash Chandra Boase and Mrs. S. Velankanni.

2. The learned Counsel states that at the time when an Original Petition is filed, it is required, as a matter of procedure to file the affidavits of the attesting witnesses. But, however the attesting witnesses could not be located at that point of time. The Original Petition had been filed without such affidavits. Now the affidavits are available. Therefore this application has been filed seeking permission to file them before the Registry and to receive them.

3. In view of the facts stated above, the petition stands allowed. The affidavits are taken on record.
