CMP No. 24475 of 2025 To bring the proposed petitioners as legal representative of deceased Appellant in the above Second Appeal Viz., to substitute 1) S.R Varalakshmi, 2) S.R Balasundaram, 3 ) S.R Sasikala, 4) S.R Sridhar and 5) S.R

Manjula as proposed party petitioner Nos 2 to 6 in the place of Late S.R Raman, the original Appellant.

These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 3916 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of S.R Raman, the appellant in S.A No 1127 of 2009; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the appellant S.R Raman in S.A No 1127 of 2009; to bring the proposed petitioners as legal representative of deceased Appellant in the above Second Appeal Viz., to substitute 1) S.R Varalakshmi, 2) S.R Balasundaram, 3 ) S.R Sasikala, 4) S.R Sridhar and 5) S.R Manjula as appellants 2 to 6 in the place of Late S.R Raman, the original Appellant.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, the same are allowed.
