This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27199 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner has directed her to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two blood related sureties (who should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai. However, he would also submit that the blood relatives do not own any property and the learned Judge is insisting the relatives to furnish documents to show his/her means and thereby, he seeks for modification of the above condition.

sp 3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.
