The applicant presented this application for permission to effect substituted service on all the respondents. By order dated 03.11.2022, it was recorded that service was effected on the first respondent, which is a partnership firm, of which the second respondent is a partner. It was further recorded that the addresses specified in the cause title were drawn from documents executed by and between the parties in relation to the provision of credit facilities by the petitioner to the respondents. The statement of the petitioner that no other addresses are available was also recorded.

2. In the above circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed by permitting the petitioner to effect service of notice on the respondents by substituted service. Substituted service shall be effected by causing a publication in one issue of the Telugu daily NETIMANADESAM specifying the next date of hearing 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
