2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Notes paper indicates that when the case came up for admission on 23.11.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, it was adjourned. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the complaint given by the petitioner on 31.10.2022 alleging that his brother has illegally trespassed into his land and fixed fencing, was taken as CSR and the receipt was given. Thereafter, the petitioner has made an allegation that to remove the fencing, the Inspector of Police Jayasil Kumar, Steel Plant Police Station demanded Rs.4,00,000/- or above.

4. This complaint dated 09.11.2022 was taken up for preliminary enquiry and found to be false and not worth for registering the FIR. This Court on going through the complaint also found that ipsy-dipsy story which does not contain any material evidence to show the fact been rightly dropped. No 2/4

further action required in the complaint. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
