This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.338 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police registered under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this case arising out of under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. and the Revenue Divisional Officer conducted enquiry and closed the proceedings. Therefore, nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
