ORDER

The review application has been filed on the premise that the petitioner is entitled to subsistence allowance and therefore sought for modification of directions contained in paragraph 6. ii) of the order dated 29.04.2022. The relevant portions of the order is extracted hereunder:

"6. ii. If the petitioner is entitled to subsistence allowance or any interim relief, the same shall be extended in accordance with law."

A reading of the above portion of the order would show that this Court has not expressed any opinion which is adverse to the interest of the petitioner and had instead only stated that the petitioner shall be entitled to subsistence allowance or any interim relief in accordance with law. That being the case, I am of the view that the petition to review the order is liable to be rejected.

2. In view thereof, the review application stands dismissed. No costs.
