W.P.(IPD) No.29 of 2023 WMP.(IPD) No.8 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE., J A major mistake has occurred in this Order of this Court dated 15.03.2024. It however, does not relate to the merit of the order. In all places where it should have been respondents 3 and 4, the order states it as 5th respondent, someone who is not even in the party array in this petition. It is however, may have to be stated the so called 5th respondent was a party defendant in a suit, which has little to do with the merit of the matter contested in this petition.
