I heard Mr.Abishek for Mr.B.Vijay and Mr.V.Selvaperumal for the civil revision petitioners.

2. Both counsels state that the suit in O.S.No.4172 of 2017 was dismissed for default on 02.09.2022. Mr.V.Selvaperumal further adds that the suit property itself has been acquired by the Government for the purpose of laying metro rail.

3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated. All the three civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
