This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in connection with the case in Cr.no.33 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation.

2. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner/complainant, on her own surmises, has raised allegations against the respondent police that they are colluded with the accused and they were supporting the accused persons. The petitioner has no locus to allege against the respondent police. This Court does not find any merit to entertain the present petition.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. dn 01.12.2023 Index : Yes/No 2/4
