PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest to his arrest in connection with Cr.No.144 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

. The petitioner herein seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS Act on the complaint 1/4

given by the Sales Manager of the TASMAC Shop in Cr.No.144 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this petitioner is a regular customer of TASMAC Shop. When he want to pay for the liquor through G-Pay, the defacto complainant insisted for cash payment and asked Rs.10/- extra over the actual price fixed. Hence, there was a quarrel.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner is an habit of demanding liquor for credit and when the Manager is refused, is picked quarrel and created ruckus.

4. This Court on perusing the CD file and the complaint of the TASMAC Shop Manager found that this petitioner has voluntarily caused head injury to the defacto complainant with the liquor bottle. this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
