respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 23.08.2025.

3. In view of the said fact, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
