This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26617 of 2022 on 02.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
