This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11773 of 2024 order dated 10.06.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that as the petitioner was unable to mobilize funds to deposit the amount as per the Order of this Court, he was unable to surrender before the lower Court within the time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
