This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action against the above said accused person based on the petitioner complaint dated 23.08.2019 according to law.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that after conducting preliminary enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 31.10.2019 and hence this petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation from the respondent with regard to the closure of his complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed. The respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner by RPAD as to the closure of the petitioner's complaint within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
