ORDER
This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.262 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent to any other investigating agency.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and the further action dropped report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram on 29.12.2022. That apart, the referred charge sheet notice in R.C.S.No.17 of 2022 was also served on the defacto complainant. He further confirmed to this Court that the order passed by this Court in H.C.P.No.1719 of 2022 dated 07.9.2022 was complied with and that the detenue was produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram.

4. In the light of the above developments, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
