This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.25888 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
