O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 02.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.19165 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the 1st Respondent has filed a counter affidavit, stating that pursuant to the orders of this Court in Paragraph No.5 dated 02.08.2022, the wall that has been constructed within the boundaries of the petitioner's plot has been removed and no boundary wall has been constructed within the precincts / boundaries of the petitioner.

3. In view of removal of the wall as confirmed by the 1st Respondent in Paragraph No.6 of the counter affidavit dated 16.02.2023, we are of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in this 2/4

case. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to agitate the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
