This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19940 of 2024 order dated 20.08.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that as there was a mistake in the name of the petitioner in the anticipatory petition filed by the petitioner and he filed a petition for amendment, he was unable to surrender before the lower Court within the time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
