This petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 07.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.7524 of 2022.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced the proceedings dated 18.01.2023 of the respondent, whereby the respondent has complied with the direction given by this Court in its order dated 07.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.7524 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. After recording the rival submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
