Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 04.10.2023 vide Se.Mu.Order No. A2/1632/2023, and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to forthwith issue a relationship certificate to the petitioners herein or direct the 1st respondent committee to grant approval to the petitioners representation dated 16.06.2023, for Kidney transplantation without insisting on relationship certificate from the 2nd respondent.
