ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would state that the orders passed in W.P.No.22127 of 2008 dated 22.07.2021 has been complied with. In support of his contention, he produced the G.O.(Ms). No.16, Higher Education (C1) Department, dated 30.01.2023 before this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondents, to disburse the arrears of pay and retirement benefits, at the earliest.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed and the respondents are directed to pay the entire arrears of pay and retirement benefits, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
