The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that since the accused is now admitted in the rehabilitation centre for de-addiction, was the cause for the delay in filing the final report and within one month, the respondent police will file a final report. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 30 days.
