This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.9605 of 2025.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with vide proceedings dated 02.09.2025 and he has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/contemnor.
