This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of order of this Court dated 16.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.14157 of 2022.

2. Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the communication from the respondent stating that the document, which was refused initially, has not been taken back and if the same is taken back and represented afresh, the document would be registered as per the order of this Court.

3. Let the petitioner represent the document by making necessary charges. On such re-presentation, the document shall be registered within a period of one week thereafter.
