The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records relating to CC No.2215/2022 before the Learned Judicial magistrate No.III Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is acquitted from the case to that effect he produced the judgment of the Trial Court in C.C No. 2215 of 2022.
