A.No.5550 of 2023 in C.S.No.566 of 2015 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs as well as the learned counsel for the defendants would submit on instructions that all the parties will adhere to the case management schedule fixed by this Court by participating in the trial.
2. This application has been filed for marking of secondary evidence in respect of dissolution deed dated 01.04.1992 which has been filed as document No.2 to the plaint.
3. According to the applicants / plaintiffs, the original dissolution deed dated 01.04.1992 is with the defendants. The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the defendants. No prejudice will be caused to the defendants if the prayers sought for in this application is granted by this Court subject to the proof, admissibility and relevancy of the document viz., the dissolution deed dated 01.04.1992 which is sought to be marked as secondary evidence.
