Crl.O.P.No.28629 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has also filed yet another application for bail, which is pending before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28113 of 2022.

2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
