This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner should report before the Respondent police every Saturday for a period of four months imposed in Crl.OP.No.17909/2024 dated 01.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail for the past one month.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the Petitioner is complying with the condition without fail for the past one month and also taking into consideration the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the Petitioner to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate Saturdays for a period of two (2) months.
