This application is filed for seeking permission to the plaintiff to amend the plaint as detailed in the Judges Summons.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that Mr.H.H.Bhakti Swarup Sanyasi Maharaj is appointed as new General Secretary for Mayapur Shree Chaitanya Math and therefore, his name has to be included in the plaint in the place of Mr.B.P.Yati Maharaj.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objections for allowing this application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed.

5. Plaintiff is directed to take steps to amend the plaint and file amended plaint.
