Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents/contemnors submitted that, the petitioner had sent the representation along with the order copy only on 05.08.2025, followed by the Advocate notice dated 16.08.2025. Learned counsel further submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with and the same has also been intimated to the petitioner on 10.09.2025. He has also produced the proceedings dated 08.09.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.TNDCE/3258/2025-D2 to that effect before this Court.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
