This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.106 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode for the offences under the Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the main case itself has been disposed of in the trial Court and the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ended in acquittal.

3. In view of the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), nothing survives for adjudication in the instant Criminal Original Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
