ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.04.2025 in W.P.No.19698 of 2024.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Chennai Corporation would submit that inspection was conducted by the authorities
competent and it was found that there is no unauthorised construction.
3. In this regard, the Zonal Officer, Zone-8, Shenoy Nagar sent a reply to the petitioner vide letter dated 20.08.2025 stating that no unauthorised constructions are identified. That being so, the Contempt Petition is unnecessary and stands closed. No costs.
