Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the order dated 23.12.2022 was issued on the assumption that the plaintiff proposes to examine P.W.2. On instructions, learned counsel states that the plaintiff does not propose to examine any further witnesses. The said statement is recorded. Since the evidence of P.W.1 was recorded in full, the next stage is the recording of evidence on behalf of the defendants.
