The matter is listed today upon being mentioned by learned counsel for the plaintiff. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the order dated 23.12.2022 was issued on the assumption that the plaintiff proposes to examine P.W.2. On instructions, learned counsel states that the plaintiff does not propose to examine any further witnesses. The said statement is recorded. Since the evidence of P.W.1 was recorded in full, the next stage is the recording of evidence on behalf of the defendants.

2. List the matter before the learned Additional Master No.III on 23.01.2023 for the defendant's evidence. Such evidence shall be recorded in full on or before 16.02.2023.
