2. This Court directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Now it is stated that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and his request to consider the suspension period as duty period for all purposes has not been acceded.

3. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said Order has been passed during the pendency of the Writ Petition and there is stay in the Writ Petition. Therefore, submitted that the Order of this Court has not been complied. This Court is of the view that once, the Order has been passed and the direction of this Court has been complied, now this Court go into the merits of the case. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the said Order.
