A.No.6354 of 2023 has been filed to permit the plaintiff to amend the substitute the name and address of the plaintiff in the short and long cause title of the plaint with the words the Managing Partner Mr.K.Santhanam, SSM Nagar, Mappedu Road, New Perungalathur, Chennai 600 063 in the place of partner M. Karthikeyan II Main Road, Nagappa Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai 600 044.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed to allow these applications.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these application and in the interest of justice, these applications are allowed.
