This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2024 in W.P.29240 of 2014.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the respondent dated 1709.2025 wherein the request made by the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
