This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24529 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to co-operate with the pending investigation and report before the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station daily at 10a.m., until further orders..

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
