This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24526 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to co-operate with the pending investigation and report before the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station daily at 10a.m., until further orders..

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
