O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the brother of the detenu viz., Srinivasan @ Seenu S/o.Perumal, aged 36 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV/629/2019 dated 30.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the brother of the petitioner in Memo No.BCDFGISSSV/629/2019 dated 30.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4927, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
