Crl.M.P.No.17646 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17646 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.2773 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner on his release from the prison shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2773 of 2022 by order dated 04.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4.In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2773 of 2022 by an order dated 04.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
