This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4976 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4976 of 2023 on 24.04.2023 with a condition to deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth about Rs.1 crore to the credit of Crime No.183 of 2022 and also the passport of the petitioner before the Court at the time of furnishing sureties. He would further submit that the petitioner is a holder of Indian Passport bearing No.U1718846 which is valid till 21.11.2029 and in due compliance of the conditions, the petitioner deposited the title deed and passport before the concerned Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is an IT Director of EMPORES LLC and she is a specialist in giving IT training and thereby, a Company named Green Brilliance having its Head Quarters at USA has extended an invitation to the petitioner to give Page No.1 of 4

training at USA. The petitioner has to travel for a period of two weeks starting from 17.12.2024 and the petitioner also undertakes to return to India on or before 10.01.2025. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition and direct the learned Sessions Judge to return the passport which has been deposited at the time of furnishing sureties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner had deposited a title deed of an immovable property worth about Rs.1 crore and she also deposited her passport before the concerned Court. He would also submit that the investigation has been completed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, a direction is issued to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for CCB and CBCID Page No.2 of 4

cases, Egmore, to return the passport of the petitioner bearing No. U1718846, which is valid till 21.11.2019. After return from USA, the petitioner shall re-deposit her passport on or before 20.01.2025 before the concerned Court.
