All these applications have been filed, taking advantage of Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking to extend the time for reference given to the Sole Arbitrator.

2. It is contended that the recording of evidence had been completed but arguments will have to be advanced.

3. Taking into consideration, the circumstances, time for conclusion of arbitration proceedings is extended till 31.03.2023.

4. All the hearing dates during which the arbitration proceedings took place have to be considered as regular proceedings.

5. These applications stands allowed.
