The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.616 of 2021 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1A) TNP Act and Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in Crime No.616 of 2021 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) TNP Act and Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules 2000. Thus, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the final report had been filed and had taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.13 of 2023 before the Valapadi Judicial Magistrate. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
